Great Day Fashion Accessories is a family owned business that strives to help you find beautiful yet affordable wedding jewelry for yourself and your bridesmaids. 
 
MISSION: Our mission is to find attractive jewelry that can be purchased for under $50 that will look great on your wedding day. For our own wedding, shopping for bridal jewelry was one of the most frustrating parts of the entire wedding experience.  It's not the biggest ticket item nor the most important decision to be made but for those brides on a budget, it can be tough to find appropriate jewelry that doesn't cost a fortune.  Bridal shops are more interested in dress sales so they charge high prices for jewelry just because they already have you in the store.  Department stores never quite have what you need and you have to dig around to find it.  Great Day Fashion Accessories strives to make this whole experience a lot easier for you by providing access to affordable yet elegant bridal jewelry.
  
SELECTION: Great Day Fashion Accessories is very picky about the jewelry we select - if we order it from the manufacturer and it does not meet our standards, it is sent back.  We also try to keep our inventory levels at a manageable level so that you aren't overwhelmed by hundreds of items.  Also, all jewelry is kept at our location and is inspected prior to being sent to you - we do not practice "drop shipping" as some other sites do (that's where your jewelry is sent directly from the factory to you without the website you purchased it from ever seeing the actual jewelry).  We select it, we inspect it and we personally ship it to you.
 
 
RETURN POLICY: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason and it is NOT a special order item, you may return it for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery to your address. Each item is shipped to you with a delivery confirmation and the 7 days of delivery is based on the delivery day from the confirmation notice.
** Please note that earrings CANNOT be returned due to sanitary reasons. 
** Some items are noted as NON RETURNABLE due to being a special order.  You cannot return a special order item - see the description of your item to determine if it's considered a special order or not.
** If you refuse shipment of a non returnable item, it is the same as trying to return it.  You will not receive a refund for any nonreturnable item.
 
RETURN  instructions for Undamaged, non special order items
1.  Send an email to us at info@greatdaybridal.com  noting your intent to return your items within seven (7) days of receipt of the product.  Please provide your order number in the email and note your reason for return.
2.  Once received, we will respond via email and will provide the address and details necessary to process the return. This email is also your authorization to return. A copy of our email to you must accompany  the return.
3.  Ship the items back to us within the same material to which it was sent to you and include a copy of your return response email from us.  Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
4.  Once received, we will credit your account for the amount that we charged you for the item (sorry, your shipping charges cannot be refunded.) 
 
 - Returns must be received no later than 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the return authorization email from us.
-  Returns received after the 2 weeks period will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
-  Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products returned in any other condition will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

NO RETURNS will be accepted after 30 days from receipt.

 
RETURN instructions for Damaged items:
In the case where merchandise is damaged and it has been determined by us that the damage occurred by circumstances other than mishandling by the customer, shipping charges are refundable. The maximum credit to  be issued for shipping and handling charges for damaged products will be $5.

Please do not hesitate to e-mail us at info@greatdaybridal.com.  All Email inquiries are checked daily and will be answered promptly.    You may also call us at (412) 445-2429 weekdays during normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time) for customer assistance - please note, however, that our phone line is only monitored by part time staff so calls may not be returned until the next business day.    For this reason, Email is our preferred method of communication so that we can answer your inquiry in the most timely fashion.
